Bellydancing in Durham

We love to teach and see people fall in love with bellydancing! The journey from the first class to the first performance at a Hafla is magical!  Have a look at Eastern Promises, the class troupe performing:

Bellydancing is great form of low impact exercise and helps to tone arms and abs, build strength , co-ordination and fitness!  Above all it is great chance to have some 'me' time!  The classes, shows, haflas, workshops and events accross the North East create a fabulous network of amazing women who find friendship and freedom in the joy of belly dancing. 

We offer regular local classes and also the opportunity to take part in one to one tuition.
